As a self-confessed ‘creative type’ Miss Sarinana’s job title strictly remains freelance stylist, however a laundry list of talents come in tow with the job spec, including trend forecasting, vintage buyer and regular contributor to Glamour’s Young & Posh blogger network. With dreams to open her own store and to take her blog to the next level, we at Westfield HQ will be closely keeping our eye on this trend setter, we have a feeling big things are to come.

After graduating from world renowned Central Saint Martins College, designer Olivia Rubin made quite the mark on the fashion world. With placements alongside Tristan Webber and Jade Jagger under her belt, Rubin managed to secure a young designers dream job working with Alexander McQueen and John Galliano in Paris where she assisted main line collections and designing prints that were used within Gallianos SS06 Womenswear line.

From then on Rubin’s career took off earning the buzz and accolades it deserved. From being shortlisted for the Fashion Fringe award, to collaborations with ASOS to Very.co.uk, Rubin’s work became a hot commodity and proved a hit in the celebrity world, with her clothes being seen on the likes of Fearne Cotton, Cheryl Cole and Jamie Winston.

Now she’s teamed up with one of our favourite high street brands Dorothy Perkins to create a perfect summer collection. Injecting some of her signature prints, flattering silhouettes and holiday themed motifs, Rubin and Dorothy Perkins have brought us ‘Postcards From’ the exclusive collection designed for Dorothy Perkins. The festival season seems to bring out the boho and Woodstock babe within us all, and 2012’s Coachella crowd seem to be no exception. This season we’ve been charmed by the beautiful Ola Jordan, star of Strictly Come Dancing, who’s the latest face of our brand.  Ola shows off her softer side in our Spring Romance collection, full of irresistible shades of sweet lilac, blush pink and soft cornflower blue in delicate lace, silky satin and the lightest chiffon. She also turns up the heat in our Summer Brights collection, sporting bold shades, polka dots and gorgeous flirty frills.

In between the hard work at photoshoots, I’m also planning my summer getaway taking inspiration from our latest swimwear collection. Named after glamorous destinations from Miami to St.Tropez, I’ll be heading to the beach in these bold brights and gorgeous summer prints.

In a gorgeous shade of hot orange, you’ll adore the Aruba bikini. It has a secret hidden boost which creates the most fabulous cleavage. Here’s a sneak peak of our model wearing it on set before being shot – don’t you just love that pop of tangerine lipstick to match.  I also love the cute ditsy print on the Ibiza bandeau bikini – bring on the beach parties!
